Hi there, we’re Licorice and Kylie, a beautiful bonded pair of black cats who are looking for a special, loving home where we can spend the rest of our days together. We may look very similar (who can tell us apart?!) but we each have our own unique personalities to share!
 
First off, we’re both super sweet and affectionate—once we get to know you. We’re shy at first, but with a little patience and love, we’ll soon be curling up in your lap, purring away as we relax together. We’ve had a bit of a rough start, having been surrendered and left wondering why. It’s taking us some time to trust again, but we’re getting there with each passing day.
 
We’re both playful little troublemakers too—just watch out for our laser obsession! We could chase that little red dot for hours, and it’s a great way for us to bond and get some of our energy out.
 
Now, we’ll be honest—one of us has had a few accidents outside the litterbox in the past. We know it’s a bit of a mystery, and we’re working hard with our caretakers to figure it out. It hasn’t really happened since we’ve been here at the adoption center, so we’re feeling more comfortable and confident, and we’re hoping you’ll give us time to settle into our new space.
 
The perfect home for us would be one that’s a bit quieter, with lots of patience and understanding as we adjust. We thrive in peaceful environments where we can feel safe and secure, and once we feel comfortable, you’ll be amazed by how much we have to say! Trust us—we’ve got a lot of love and purrs to give when we feel at home.

Adoption Information:  Children: Yes, older cat experienced   Cats: Yes, with proper introduction  Dogs: Unknown  Adoption Fee: $200 for the pair  They are microchipped, spayed, and have had a full veterinary checkup and vaccines.
