Hiccup’s former owner became ill and can no longer take care of her. She is stressed out at the shelter, so we are giving her time to decompress. Her former owner stated she is a lap cat, shy of strangers, uses scratching box/post, likes being held, playful, and has lived with older children.**WALK IN SHELTER TO ADOPT Tuesday Noon-5pm, Wednesday 12-6pm, Thursday-Sunday Noon-5pm (Closed Mondays and Holidays). All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet & greet process, please bring a hard copy of a completed adoption application found here https://animalcare.saccounty.gov/Documents/AdoptionApp_Cats.pdf and provide Animal ID numbers of the kitties you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you too!
