Say hello to Desmo and Mika! This super sweet pair will be losing their home soon, as their owner is being forced to give them up. They are a bonded pair who absolutely adore each other and must be adopted together.
Desmo (all black) is extremely loving, curious and kind-hearted. He's very friendly with strangers and isn't shy about running up to them and investigating what's going on. He's not very vocal, but will purr loudly when receiving pets. Desmo is a big fan of head and back scratches and sometimes he'll lie on the floor for a belly rub. He runs over to you when you call his name and he knows how to "sit” on command!
Mika (tortie) is a very affectionate cat. Her favorite place to lounge, groom herself and nap is in someone's lap. She is also a huge fan of grooming people as well, so if she's sitting on you, your hands will definitely get cleaned according to her standards! Mika can be a bit more shy than her brother, but she warms up to my guests fairly quickly, especially if she's allowed to sit on their lap. She is more vocal than her brother and she'll give you a "Good morning" meow or two when you wake up each day. She also loves saying hello when you get home from work.
Desmo and Mika love falling asleep cuddled up next to each other and the two of them play together and groom each other often. They don't ever fight. They both enjoy following their humans around the apartment and, when guests go to the bathroom, they often wait outside the bathroom door.
Desmo and Mika are both about 1.5 years old. They are healthy, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and have tested negative for FIV/FeLV. They are ready to settle in to a wonderful new furrever home where they can spend the rest of their lives together.
